1. Q: I was thinking of running three (3) 12 mile tempo runs on a treadmill followed by a 15 miler on a hilly course in Chagrin, spaced over a 4 day period, ending with a 5th day of an “easy” 10K. Other than my plan of carbo loading on peanut m&m’s and Pringles, do you have any other pointers or advice for me?
